Forced to abandon a burning ship, Leone Deveraux, Jim Dorn, and Joe Polack drift for 3 days before
finding and boarding a plague-ravaged derelict. When Joe attacks Leone, Jim comes to her aid; and
she declares her love for him. They are rescued by a battleship, and Leone abandons Jim for her
wealthy family and fiancé, Harold Van Allen. Just as Leone and Harold are about to be married Jim
abducts her and reveals himself to be a wealthy son of a prominent family.
