~Plot Synopsis~
Mildred Harker's husband, who loves another woman, finds an opportunity to divorce her. He
remarries, taking custody of their child, Rose. Mildred works as a model, but she refuses to succumb
to a life of easy virtue when Louis Willing, a wealthy admirer, decides to test her. She accepts his
marriage proposal, however, when he convinces her of his love by helping her to regain custody of
Rose.
