~Go West~
~Plot Synopsis~
Friendless Homer Holiday (Buster Keaton) drifts west and after a variety of adventures finds
employment on the Thompson ranch. He befriends Brown Eyes, a cow, who reciprocates by saving
his life. When she is included in a shipment of cattle bound for the stockyard, Homer goes along.
Tom Jackson, a rival rancher, attacks the train, and while the Thompson and Jackson men are
fighting, Homer commandeers the train and after many vicissitudes safely delivers the cattle. In
gratitude, Thompson offers him his choice of a reward, and Homer selects Brown Eyes. In the end,
Thompson, his daughter Gloria, Homer, and Brown Eyes all drive away in an automobile.
