~Friday The 13th~
~Plot Synopsis~
When Judge Lee Sands (Charles Brandt), an aristocratic Southern gentleman, is ruined by
high-powered Wall Street tycoon Peter Brownley (Clarence Harvey), his daughter Beulah (Gerda
Holmes) tries to retaliate by getting a job in Peter's office. She manages to obtain secret information
from Peter, which her father then tries to use to rebuild his own fortune and make Peter's collapse.
At the office, Beulah meets Peter's son Robert (Robert Warwick), and they fall in love at first sight.
In spite of the romance, Beulah still makes clandestine phone calls to her father, providing him with
privileged information. When Robert catches her, however, he locks her in the closet until the stock
market closes. Later, when he lets her out, she apologizes and he forgives her. They then begin
planning their marriage, which leads to a reconciliation between Peter and the judge.
