~Plot Synopsis~
Max (Max Linder), the fiancé, after he is accepted by his sweetheart (Alta Allen), successfully obstructs
the machinations of a rival for the girl's favor but has great difficulty in winning over her aunt to his
side. After the wedding, when a divorce is pending, he accomplishes the latter feat and at the same
time causes his wife to respect him the more.
