~ 1924 ~
Left an orphan by the death of his father, Mickey Hogan sails for Australia to live with relatives, but
he is shipwrecked and stranded on an island inhabited by cannibals who worship him as a war god.
He saves a white settlement on a neighboring island by sending an S. O. S. picked up by U. S.
Marines. They rescue Mickey and return him to San Francisco, where he gets a reception by the local
police force.
