~Plot Synopsis~
Angela Whitaker and her grandfather Joel visit Hollywood--the grandfather to regain his health, and
Angela to get into the movies. But Joel gets the offers. Then Angela's sweetheart Lem and the rest of
Angela's family, hearing of grandfather Joel's debut, come to Hollywood to rescue him from "evil
influences" and find themselves drawn into the movies. Angela's ambitions wane after she marries
Lem and gives birth to twins, who also show up on the silver screen. Angela and her family meet a
number of screen celebrities.
